The standstill period shall be in accordance with Regulation 32A of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended).
Part 9 of the Regulations provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the Regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be started in the High Court within the applicable limitation period set out in Part 9.
