Explanation:
The current logistical and operational arrangement for the supplies of materials to support the repair and maintenance function of Coalo Ltd requires change to accommodate future growth, financial stability and green investment in their business model; with the relocation in the next approx. 18 months from Ashmead Depot to a much smaller site, where a static managed store will no longer be commercially or operationally viable. Therefore, Coalo, in partnership with Grafton will reconsider the storage solutions and logistics within the borough; identifying the most cost-effective process including the collaboration opportunities with local businesses and potential innovate ways of small-scale distribution by partnering with established delivery companies. The impact of Brexit, Covid-19, Green Economic recovery agenda and the market failure of the previous tender exercise has determined the need to publish this VEAT Notice.
