Scope
Description
Provision and support for software to manage a fleet of over 1,200 vehicles to maximise efficiency. The software needs to have the following functions:
- ensure that the right vehicles are in the right places at the right times
- reduce fuel cost by identifying the best times and routes to travel
- reduce carbon footprint by identifying vehicles with the smallest carbon to travel
Total value (estimated)
- £1,000,000 excluding VAT
- £1,200,000 including VAT

- Possible extension to 31 March 2028
