This notice is issued for the purpose of notifying potential service providers that EDC will be procuring this service and to gauge interest in the market. This is not a call for competition. Parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to this notice and a response does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future procurement.The publication of this notice by EDC is a voluntary publication and does not represent an acknowledgement regarding the applicability of procurement or other rules governing the potential future process, nor a commitment by EDC to initiate, run or complete a full procurement competition in relation to the contract as described. EDC reserves the right not to run any competition for the services.If you have demonstrable experience in delivering the service required at the scale indicated and wish to be considered for the role, please could you provide as a minimum the following information and submit via the In-Tend Portal by 30th March 2022.• company name• contact details, including location, telephone and e-mail address, main point of contact and position in company.EDC intend to issue the contract notice and the selection questionnaire to potential bidders who have expressed an interest by 30th March 2022. The publication of this Contract Notice by Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC) is a call for competition from potential service providers for the provision of Ebbsfleet Central Infrastructure and Enabling Works - Development Manager.The Link to the Finder Tender Service can be found at:https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/007333-2022Potential bidders may have already expressed an interest following publication of a Prior Information Notice (PIN), although no-one will be prejudiced by failure to respond to a PIN. Following this notice, potential bidders who have expressed an interest will be invited to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) highlighting their capability for this project. Details of the SQ, the instructions for bidders and background information on the contract scope will be issued from the In-Tend e-tendering portal at the following link:https://in-tendhost.co.uk/ebbsfleetdc/aspx/HomeBidders who have already registered on In-Tend following a PIN need not re-register their interest. The SQ and supporting documents will be available via the In-Tend portal on Friday 01 April 2022. Deadline for return of the completed SQ is 1200 hours on Tuesday 03 May 2022.EDC reserves the right to cancel the competition for the services at any time
