Introduction This Pre-Qualification Questionnaire hasbeen issued by the Council in connection with a competitive procurement conducted inaccordancewith the Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2006. This PQQ sets out the information which is required by the Authority in order to assess the suitability of potential providers in terms oftheir technical knowledge and experience,capability capacity, organisationalandfinancialstanding to meettherequirement. During the PQQ stage, the intentionis to arrive at a shortlistofqualified potential providers to proceed to the Tender process against the requirement as advertised in the OJEU Notice. This PQQ is to with respect to the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Implementation Service.
