Luton Council is working on behalf of Foxhall Homes Ltd. who proposed to develop land at Strangers Way for 48 dwellings and associated infrastructure.

The site is bounded by Strangers Way to the South West, Leagrave Centre to the North West and The South- East and West are adjoined with residential development.

The successful supplier is to develop a high quality design to achieve a suitable gross development value and marketable residential units, whilst considering how the development will benefit and enhance the wider community.
