Description
This Framework Agreement provides a compliant procurement route for Local Authorities, schools, and wider public-sector organisations requiring integrated facilities management services. The Agreement is structured to support both single-service and bundled-service requirements, allowing contracting bodies to procure cleaning, building maintenance, security services, and associated FM support.
The framework encourages competition, innovation, and social value delivery, with successful suppliers required to demonstrate commitments to sustainability, carbon reduction, local workforce development, and fair working practices. Call-off contracts let under this framework may range from small, one-off projects to multi-year, full-service FM arrangements. All suppliers appointed to the framework have met the Authority’s minimum quality, technical, and financial criteria.
